Privacy Policy

Effective November 8, 2026.

What we collect

• Your quiz answers and lyrics — names, memories and words you type, so we can write and sing your song.
• Your email — collected by Stripe at checkout, to send your receipt and your song link.
• Basic technical data — your IP address (to limit free previews per day) and a session cookie (to keep forms secure).

Who we share it with

• Anthropic (Claude) — your quiz answers and lyrics, to draft and check the words.
• Modal — your lyrics and style choices, to make the audio on our servers there.
• Stripe — payment. We never see or store your card number.
• Render — hosts this website and stores your song files.

We don't sell your data and we don't use advertising trackers.

How long we keep it

Paid songs are kept so your links keep working. Unpaid previews may be deleted after 30 days. Ask us to delete your song at any time: support@songmiracle.com.

Gift links

Anyone with your gift link can listen to the song and read the lyrics. Your private link (the one on your order page) also lets you download it — keep it to yourself.
