What you get
When you buy a song you get the finished song as an MP3, its lyrics, and a gift page you can share. You may keep, play, download and share the song for personal, non-commercial use — for example as a gift, at a wedding or a party, or on your personal social media.
How songs are made
Songs are created with artificial intelligence from the answers and words you provide and approve. Each song is generated for you; another customer with similar words may get a similar-sounding result.
Ownership
Under current U.S. law, music created entirely by AI may not be eligible for copyright, and we do not promise that you or anyone will own a copyright in a song. You keep whatever rights you have in the words you wrote yourself. We grant you the personal license above and we will not resell your song or your words.
Your words
You confirm that you have the right to use any words you submit, and that they don't copy someone else's song. You may not use SongMiracle to make songs that are hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, threatening, or that imitate or name a real singer or band. We may refuse or remove such songs.
Selling or publishing
Commercial use (selling the song, putting it on streaming services, using it in ads) is not included. Contact us if you'd like to ask about it.
No guarantees
We work hard to make every song great, but AI singing isn't perfect — a word may be sung oddly. That's why you hear a free preview first and get one free redo after you buy. The service is provided "as is", and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the song.
